The Vedanta family is in mourning. Vedanta Group chairman Anil Agarwal, on Wednesday (January 7), announced the demise of his son, Agnivesh, after he was in a skiing accident in the United States.
Forty-nine-year-old Agnivesh was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in New York after the accident, but died of a cardiac arrest there.
His father, Anil Agarwal, shared on X, “Following a skiing accident in the US, he was recovering well in Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. We believed the worst was behind us. But fate had other plans, and a sudden cardiac arrest snatched our son away from us.”
